The meeting and event package "relexa Premium" includes the following:

• A meeting room appropriate in size to accommodate the number of participants
• Conference equipment: flipchart including paper and pens, pin board, overhead projector, beamer and screen, presentation case, W-LAN in the conference room
• Writing pads and pens for the participants
• Welcome snack, coffee and tea
• All day coffee and tea unlimited in front of the meeting room 
• Mineral water and apple/orange juice unlimited in the meeting room (large bottles)
• 2 coffee breaks including: coffee, tea, fruit juice, and daily changing sweet and savoury delights
• Lunch from the daily changing buffet or 3-course meal, including all non-alcoholic drinks and after lunch coffee specialties
